Royal Enfield has launched Royal Enfield Hunter 350 at RS 1.50 Lakh in India to compete with TVS Ronin, Honda CB350 RS, and Jawa Forty Two as Royal Enfield is a very big name in Indian market. We can expect that TVS, Honda, and Jawa can also compete as they are also providing new look and new features on their new models. As Indian two wheeler market gets new retro motorbikes and they are all gets a positive response from Indian Bikers. It is very tough to keep monopoly in the market and Royal Enfield maintain this monopoly with a very brave strategy in India by introducing “Royal Enfield Hunter 350.

Hunter 350 Specifications

Royal Enfield offers India’s most affordable 349cc motorbike. That is noticeable and more compact than other RE’s 350 segments. It has 1,370mm wheelbase where Classic has 1,390mm, and 1,400mm on the Meteor. It is more lighter than Meteor (191 kg) and Classic (195 kg) where Hunter 350 get 178 kg for Retro model and 181 kg for Metro model.

With 800 mm seat height it becomes very manageable for all kind of height and Royal Enfield Hunter 350 could be more beginner friendly. The Hunter has a lot of all-new components that aren’t shared with any other current RE as built on the same J-platform. RE also include new Suspension System, Suspension, handlebars, and wheels. RE tries to keep secret but says very little about the chassis front. All the mentioned features helps to save weight for this Motorcycle.

Hunter Engine

The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 gets power from 349cc engine with the help of single-cylinder, and air-oil-cooled engine. Although RE also have Meteor 350 and the Classic 350 with the same features. With a slight sportier tune, it produces 20.2PS and 27Nm. RE also added a five-speed gearbox but it follows its siblings by adding a split dual-cradle frame, and a telescopic fork and dual shock absorber suspension setup. It is berthed by a 300mm disc with a dual-piston floating calliper up for front side. But a 270mm disc with a single-piston floating calliper at the rear

Hunter 350 Variants

This Motorcycle is now available in three variants. Rs 1,49,900 is for the Retro model, Rs 1,63,900 is for Metro model. But Rs 1,68,900 is for the top model (all prices based on ex-showroom Delhi).

Hunter 350 Features

A semi-digital instrument cluster also added in Royal Enfield Hunter 350. That borrowed from the Royal Enfield Scram 411, a Tripper navigation pod also added as an accessory.

Hunter 350 Design

Royal Enfield Hunter 350 gets a circular headlight, taillight and turn indicators, rearview mirrors. And all these features provides a retro-roadster style. RE gets a significant old-school and quite sporty look with its tear-drop-shaped fuel tank with knee recesses.
